Todo ya está terminado con el techo!  Todo bien limpio y seco!

The last of the construction on the roof is completed!  Things are now watertight and clean!

¡¡La construcción adentro ya está terminada!!  Los trabajadores estarán trabajando la mitad de la semana que entra para terminar el techo de arriba y limpiar el lugar…

The interior construction has been completed!!  The men will be working half a week to finish the roof and clean up the job site…

Last parts of the roof to be completed.  Hopefully the rain will hold off during the day and allow us to get this finished within the next couple of days.

Estamos llegando a la última semana de la construcción.  En la semana pasada hicimos mucho pintando, hechando boveda, enjarrando y instalando la plomería…

La entrada, con la boveda casi terminada.  En esta semana, esperamos que terminamos con la boveda en la sala de maestras con su techo arriba termianada también. 

We are approaching the last week of construction!  There was much painting done this past week, brickwork, plastering, and installation of plumbing…

Plastering completed in the future teacher’s lounge.  For now this will be the offices…

The entryway almost completed with the brickwork for the ceiling.  This week will hopefully bring a close to the construction, for now, with the completion of the brickwork in the teacher’s lounge and the roof being poured over it.

Los enjarres terminados esta semana.  Estamos esperando que la mayoría de la entrada va a ser completada por los fines de esta semana.  Los trabajadores van a trabajar horas extras para ayudar en eso y vamos a tenr un día de trabajo el Sábado.  Si Dios permite, solo una semana más, por lo máximo, despues de esta y ya vamos a tener un descanso muy necesario.

Plastering work completed this week.  We are hoping to have the majority of the entryway finished by the end of this week.  The men are going to be working extra hours to help do this and we are also going to have a work day on Saturday.  Lord-willing, only one more week, at most, after this, before a much needed rest!

Ha sido casi dos semanas desde la última vez que pusimos fotos aquí y mucho ha pasado.  Estoy incluyendo las fotos de las dos semanas para que pueden ver el progreso que ha sido hecho…

Gracias a Ian Wilke quien vino en la semana pasada para ayudar, instalando puertas, cortando el vitropiso, mezclando el concreto, y mucho más.  Espero que tenemos las fotos del salón ya terminado por la semana que entra.

Well, it has now been two weeks since the last post and much has happened.  I am including photos from each week so you can see the progress that has been made…

Thanks to Ian Wilke who came down and helped last week, installing doors, cutting tile for the floor, mixing concrete, and much more.  We hope to have the pictures of the completed classroom for next week!
